Bedrooms

Master bed 1 with Queen bed, TV, patio doors to pool, phone, safe.
Master bed 2 with Double bed, TV/DVD player, clock.
Bedrooms 3 and 4 are with twin beds.

All bedrooms have large wardrobes and drawers, Disney themed bedrooms have Mickey Mouse / Princess TV's, DVD players soft bed toys.

Bathrooms

All bathrooms have bath/shower, toilet and vanity units including en-suite to master bedrooms also access to pool in queen bedroom. Hair dryers in both master bedrooms.

Kitchen

Luxury fully equipped kitchen with cooker, dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge/freezer with ice maker, blender, kettle, coffee maker, electric can opener, toaster, all pots pans utensils etc tea towels, dish cloths etc.

Living Rooms

Open plan lounge, dining and breakfast area. 2 sofas (1 queen sofa bed ), coffee table, 2 side tables with lamps, TV cabinet, DVD, Playstation 2, stereo, breakfast table with 4 chairs, dining table with 6 chairs and phone with free local calls.

Games Room & Laundry Facilities

Garage with washer and dryer. New games room in the garage with 8 foot pool table, Electronic darts board. Multi gamestable with footsie, pool and slide hockey, boardgames. Bikes.

Cleaning, Towels, Linen & Maid Service

All towels and linen are included in the price and the villa is cleaned prior to your arrival.

Notes on Accommodation

We have a removable safety fence around the pool. Cot, highchair and stroller for your use. Hairdryers in master suite bedroom. Disney themed rooms for the little ones with toy box and pool toys. See our website for more photos.

Accessibility

The villa is a single storey, but access to bedrooms can be narrow.

Pool Deck

Large extended decking with large pool/spa for maximum exposure to the sun (pool heat available, if required. Recommended October-April) with underwater lighting and spa. 2 sun loungers, 8 seater patio dining set and pool toys (not suitable for safety use). Gas Barbecue with tools.

When you book a Villa your completed booking form is automatically emailed to the owner who will then contact you to arrange payment of the deposit or full balance depending on how soon the rental starts - if they accept credit/debit cards or PayPal you will be offered this convenient method of payment in the booking form (please note that there will be a surcharge of 4% applied when paying by this method) - alternatively payment by bank wire transfer or cheque/bankers draft/counter check may be an option offered to you which carries no surcharge.
