Ground Floor

Pool & Spa

The luxurious pool deck with large pool and spa offers pleasant conservation woodland views to the rear and is the perfect place to sunbathe and relax in the evening warmth of the Florida climate. The pool area is provided with 2 x tables, 12 x chairs and 4 x sun-loungers for your enjoyment and comfort. The pool can be heated for an additional daily charge (recommended from October to April) but for those really hot days of summer, you can keep cool as you sip iced drinks in the spa or by the pool. For the ultimate alfresco dining experience, you can rent gas BBQ with gas & utensils for $45 per week - no need to clean it before returning. A pool safety fence is also provided to ensure toddler safety by the poolside.

Living Room

As you first enter the luxurious villa, you first see the spacious contemporary styled living room with 2 comfortable sofas with the dining area located to the rear of the room. This room is provided with a stereo and selection of board games for your relaxed enjoyment.

Dining Area

The formal dining area is located adjacent to the living room and has a large table with seating for up to 8 diners and is beautifully set out for those special dining occasions.

Family Room

The spacious contemporary styled family room is comfortably furnished to allow our guests to relax watching TV or a film on the 52" Surround Sound Plasma TV with DVD. A selection of over 150 DVD's are provided for your enjoyment.

Kitchen

The large open plan kitchen complete with all mod cons to make your holiday as relaxing as possible. Amenities include full size cooker, waste disposal, fridge/freezer with water dispenser, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, crockery, cutlery and a toaster. All that's needed is the food and drink !! The adjacent breakfast nook set next to patio doors looking out onto the lanai and pool area and provides seating for 4 with additional seating on bar stools for 2 at the breakfast bar.

Laundry Room

The laundry room provides a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board, 2 x irons for your convenience - leave space in your luggage for all those cheap designer clothes you are likely to purchase !! You will also find the 3 infant strollers, baby monitor and child's booster seat.

Master Bedroom 1 - Ground Floor

This beautifully furnished bedroom features king sized four poster bed and walk-in wardrobe. Additional features include a 42" LCD Cable TV with DVD and alarm clock radio. The ensuite bathroom features a large corner bath, walk-in shower, his & hers sinks, WC and hairdryer. A cot (crib) is also provided in this room

First Floor

Master Bedroom 2

This wonderful contemporary styled room is furnished with a King sized bed with matching furnishings and provides a large walk-in closet and ample drawer space. This room also features 42" LCD Cable TV with DVD, telephone and alarm clock radio. The enclosed en-suite bathroom has his & hers vanity units, large bath with shower over, WC and hairdryer.

Bedroom 3

This Scooby Doo themed bedroom features dual bunk beds (sleeping up to 4 children) with a walk-in wardrobe. Additional features include a 26" LCD Cable TV with DVD and PS2 games console with over 20 games.

Bedroom 4

This Betty Boop themed bedroom features twin sized beds and built-in wardrobe. Additional features include a 28" Cable TV with DVD and plug & play games console.

Family Bathroom 3

This shared bathroom located between bedrooms 3 & 4 features a vanity unit, bath with shower over, WC and hairdryer.

Bedroom 5

This Safari themed bedroom features a queen sized bed and built-in wardrobes. Additional features include a 32" Cable TV with DVD and alarm clock radio.

Bedroom 6

This bedroom features a queen sized bed with a built-in wardrobe. Additional features include a 28" Cable TV with DVD.

Family Bathroom 4

The converted garage has been stylishly themed and includes a Pool Table, Air Hockey, Table Foosball, Darts and an Arcade Games Machine. In addition there is a 28" Cable TV with DVD player for your enjoyment. There is also soft leather seating and a wall mounted fan for your comfort.

Additional Features

The villa has high speed wireless DSL internet access throughout the villa and pool deck complete with computer and printer. All telephone calls are included, even international.
