Living Room

Our formal living room has been decorated in an elegant tropical style and is a place where the grownups can escape the children to have a peaceful adult conversation, while the children play in the game room, or enjoy a movie or play XBox in the family room.

Family Room

The Family Room is really the heart of the home, probably because it is adjacent to the gourmet kitchen and breakfast area. Whether you are cooking that meal for the whole family, or just popping the popcorn for a movie to be enjoyed by all, this is the place that will make you feel right at home. For your entertainment we have provided a 36" TV with DVD and Xbox games console.

Kitchen

This bright and inviting kitchen features all you will need to prepare breakfast before you head for the theme parks, or for that big family holiday dinner. Special attention has been given to make sure all the ingredients are there, the blender, the deluxe cookware, fridge freezer with ice maker, and even the spice rack. All you need is the turkey!  The adjacent breakfast nook seats 4 for breakfast plus 1 infant in the provided highchair. We've even supplied the Martini glasses just in case you want to have a cocktail party!

Laundry Room

The Laundry Room has everything you need to keep all you clothes clean & dry - no need to pack for the whole vacation - you can wash & dry your clothes with the full sized washer & dryer.  We have also provided an iron & ironing board as well as a stroller for your little one.

Dining Room

If you feel the urge to prepare a wonderful meal, what a wonderful room to enjoy it in. The settings and glassware just compliment your efforts and the dining table will seat 14 comfortably.

Kingdom Master Suite

The Kingdom Master Suite is located on the main floor, and is perfect if there is someone in your group that can't deal with the stairs. The Kingdom Suite boasts an impressive four poster king sized bed that dominates the suite, along with a comfortable recliner to read a book and get away from the crowd. The suite has it's own color TV, along with a DVD player for the nights you just feel like being alone and watching a movie or having a romantic evening in your suite. In the ensuite master bath there is a separate garden tub, just perfect to soak in after the long days at the theme parks. In addition, there is a large walk-in shower and his 'n' hers sinks.

The Kingdom Suite has a private entrance to the extended lanai and pool.

The Coconut Master Suite

The Coconut Master Suite is the larger of the two, and is on the second floor, with king sized bed and of course has a private bathroom with bath and shower over. There is a TV and DVD for private movie viewing in this tropical suite. We have also provided a cot (crib) for your young one to sleep - cot bedding not provided.

Themed Bedrooms

All the bedrooms have been professionally decorated in themes that will delight all.

The children just love the rooms designed especially for them. Mickey and Minnie twin rooms for those little girls and boys who just can't get enough of their favorite Disney characters, and the favorite Animal Kingdom Bunk Room for the little ones that want to dream about all the animals they enjoyed at the theme parks. For the adults, we continue the theme and present a queen-bedded room, fit for a Princess, and a Rainforest queen-bedded room, perfect for a couple. Each pair of bedrooms are adjacent to a full bathroom each. All bedrooms have cable TV's.

Pool & Spa

Just outside the Family Room and Gourmet Kitchen is our sun-filled, extended lanai and our pool and spa, if you chose to stay home one day and relax. Outside the safety-gated pool is a wonderful playground for the children. It's practically a private playground just for you.  The pool deck has 4 sun loungers and 2 tables with 8 chairs for alfresco dining.  A BBQ can be rented for $50 per week from the management company.

Games Room

If the kids start to get water-logged, send them to our air conditioned games room, so they can entertain themselves, and leave you to relax. The game room has table foosball, air hockey and a professional pool table. That should keep them busy for a while.

We have provided wireless DSL Internet Access throughout the villa as well as free local and national telephone calls - you will need a calling card for international calls.
