Pool & Spa
The luxurious south facing pool deck with large pool and spa offers pleasant conservation woodland views to the rear and is the perfect place to sunbathe and relax in the Florida sunshine. The pool area is provided with a table and 4 chairs plus 4 sun-loungers for your enjoyment and comfort.
The pool can be heated for an additional daily charge (recommended from October to April) - why not keep cool as you sip iced drinks in the spa or in the pool. For the ultimate alfresco dining experience, you can rent gas BBQ with gas & utensils from our management company.
A pool safety fence is also provided to ensure toddler safety by the poolside.
Family Room
The spacious family room is comfortably furnished to allow our guests to relax watching TV or a film on the 32" Cable TV with DVD & VCR. A selection of DVD's & Videos are provided for your enjoyment.
Dining Area
The formal dining area is located adjacent to the family room and has a large table with seating for up to 6 diners and is beautifully set out for those special dining occasions.
Kitchen
The large open plan kitchen complete with all mod cons to make your holiday as relaxing as possible. Amenities include full size cooker, waste disposal, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, crockery, cutlery and a toaster. All that's needed is the food and drink !!
The adjacent breakfast nook looks out onto the lanai and pool area and provides seating for 4 with additional seating on bar stools for 2 at the breakfast bar. We have provided an infant high chair for your convenience.
Laundry Facility
The laundry facility located in the garage, provides a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board, and iron for your convenience - leave space in your luggage for all those cheap designer clothes you are likely to purchase !!
Master Bedroom 1
This beautifully furnished bedroom features king sized bed and walk-in wardrobe. Additional features include a 16" Cable TV with alarm clock radio. The ensuite cabana bathroom with direct access to pool deck, features a bath with shower over, vanity unit with hairdryer and WC. A cot (crib) is also provided in this room
Master Bedroom 2
This wonderful room to front aspect is furnished with a queen sized bed with matching furnishings and provides a large closet. This room also features 16" Cable TV and alarm clock radio. The enclosed en-suite bathroom has vanity unit with hairdryer, large bath with shower over and WC.
Bedroom 3
This bedroom features twin beds with a large wardrobe, cable TV and alarm clock radio.
Bedroom 4
This bedroom features twin beds with a large wardrobe, cable TV and alarm clock radio.
Family Bathroom 3
This shared bathroom located next to bedrooms 3, features a vanity unit, bath with shower over, WC and hairdryer.
