We are constantly improving Emerald Gem to ensure all of our guests get maximum enjoyment from their vacation. 

Situated within Emerald Island Resort and in a very quiet road within easy walking distance of the resort Clubhouse Emerald gem is more than a rental home. We believe it is now one of the nicest, most tastefully decorated and fully equipped 5 bedroom villas in Emerald Island Resort. 

Villa Features

Family Room

A spacious open plan lounge overlooking the Pool area. This room has ample comfortable seating. It has a large screen TV with numerous cable channels, DVD player, Music Centre and Playstation . There is also a selection of DVD’s Books, popular Board Games and complimentary High Speed Internet.

Lounge

A comfortable second seating area with two Sofa`s, TV, DVD and Sony Surround Sound System. An ideal place to relax and be entertained away from the Pool and the heat of the day or to escape while the children play in the Games Room.

Master Bedroom 1

A tastefully decorated Master Suite overlooking the Pool/Spa area with TV and DVD Player, Hairdryer and Radio Alarm Clock. The walk in wardrobe has ample hanging space. The large en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower, large Roman Bath and separate WC.

Master Bedroom 2

The second Master Bedroom is also equipped with en-suite facilities. There is ample hanging space in the fitted wardrobes. This room also has a TV, Hairdryer and Radio Alarm Clock.

Queen Room:

A further comfortable Double Bedroom with Queen Bed, wardrobe space, TV, Radio Alarm Clock and Hairdryer.

Twin Bedroom 1

A Twin Bedded room overlooking the Pool/Spa. Brightly furnished and featuring a selection of Disney Toys to amuse kids of all ages. There is a Tots Toy box to keep the younger guests amused.

Jack and Jill Bathroom

A fully fitted Bathroom shared between the two Twin Bedded Rooms.

Twin Bedroom 2

This room is next to the Master Bedroom so younger children need not sleep to far away from mum & dad.

Kitchen & Breakfast Nook

A large open plan Kitchen with Breakfast Table and Chairs and two Bar Stools.

Fully fitted with Microwave, Dishwasher, Coffee maker etc. Everything we believe you are likely to need from a Torch to an Emergency Sewing Kit. For peace of mind there is a First aid Kit and Fire Extinguisher. Laundry facilities can all be found in the garage and feature a Washing Machine, Dryer, Ironing Board, Wash Basket, Clothes Hanger and Iron.

Games Room

This very well equipped Games Room has 7ft Pool and Air Hockey Tables, Electronic Dart Board with plastic tipped darts and a Multi Games Table featuring Foosball, Table Tennis, Skittles, Roulette, Chess and Draughts. . If that does not entertain you there is also a TV and Music Centre.

For the more energetic there are 2 bicycles and tennis racquets are supplied for the use on the onsite tennis courts. There is also a Sofa if you just wish to just relax and a floor standing fan to keep the energetic cool.

Pool & Spa

The heated Pool and Spa back onto lush woodland and are surrounded by the unique Florida netting to let the sun in and keep the bugs out.

The Pool comes alive at night with the addition of an underwater light show and the Spa has the unique advantage of a rapid heat facility ensuring full temperature within a very short time. The deck area has sun loungers, table and chairs a BBQ and solar lights around the pool enclosure.

There is a removable child safety fence between the Pool and the Villa for added safety for the little ones. A selection of pool toys is stored in the games room.

All of Orlando`s famous attractions are easily accessible from Emerald Island Resort and there are many great Golf course within a very short distance. The local Shopping Mall is within walking distance and has a Supermarket, many Shops, Diners, a Crazy Golf Course and a Walk in Medical Centre.
