The Emerald Jewel is a 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom detached property that can accommodate up to 12 people comfortably. Its total floor area is approximately 2400 sq/ft. The property has two floor levels.

The bedding configuration is as follows:

Full size cot (crib) - Not travel variety
Travel cot (crib) can be supplied if needed

This property can sleep 12 people all in Beds

The property has its own South facing Private Swimming Pool and Spa. Pool/Spa heating is also available (extra cost Involved).

This home has a strict non-smoking policy. It is disabled friendly. Children are more than welcome in this beautiful home. Pets of any kind are strictly not allowed.

The management company can assist with providing additional maid service at extra cost.

When you book a Villa your completed booking form is automatically emailed to the owner who will then contact you to arrange payment of the deposit or full balance depending on how soon the rental starts - if they accept credit/debit cards or PayPal you will be offered this convenient method of payment in the booking form (please note that there will be a surcharge of 4% applied when paying by this method) - alternatively payment by bank wire transfer or cheque/bankers draft/counter check may be an option offered to you which carries no surcharge.
