Pool & Spa
Our luxurious south facing pool deck with large pool and spa has been extended and offers pleasant conservation woodland views to the rear and is the perfect place to sunbathe and relax in the Florida sunshine. The deck also benefits from a shaded lanai when the sun gets too strong we provide a table and 6 chairs plus 4 sun-loungers for your enjoyment and comfort. There is also a sun parasol for extra comfort.
The pool can be heated for an additional daily charge (recommended from October to April) and youi can expect a very comfortable 85F (provided the pool cover is used). We have fitted it on a roller for ease of use. Why not keep cool as you sip iced drinks in the spa or in the pool. We provide plastic cups etc for deck use.
For the ultimate alfresco dining experience, we provide a gas BBQ & utensils at no extra cost. Gas if needed is not included but can be supplied by our management company.
The spa reaches a temperature of about 97F after a few minutes: perfect for taking away the aches from a days visit to Disney!
A pool safety fence is also provided to ensure toddler safety by the poolside.
Games Room
Our fantastic games room also has aircinditioning and features an air hockey table, foosball table, snooker/pool table and an electronic darts board. We also supply 4 mountain bikes for your enjoyment.
Family Room
The spacious family room is comfortably furnished to allow our guests to relax watching TV or a film on the 32" Cable TV with DVD & VCR. A selection of DVD's & Videos are provided for your enjoyment. We also provide a PS2 and Xbox with games, as well as board games and books. The large sofa can convert to a queen bed for extra guests.
Dining Area
The formal dining area has a large table with seating for up to 6 diners and is beautifully set out for those special dining occasions. As throughout the home you will find all cutlery, crockery and utensils to make the most the facilities.
Kitchen
The large open plan kitchen complete with all mod cons to make your holiday as relaxing as possible. Amenities include full size cooker, waste disposal, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher (we provide starter quantities of detergent), coffee maker, kettle, crockery, cutlery and a toaster. We have even fitted and emergency torch 'just in case' !
The adjacent breakfast nook looks out onto the lanai and pool area and provides seating for 4. We have provided an infant high chair for your convenience.
We even supply starter quantities of essential household items and therefore being fully equipped, all you need to bring with you from home is your swimming gear, camera and walking shoes!
Laundry Facility
The laundry facility located in the AIRCONDITIONED games room, provides a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board, and iron for your convenience.We provide starter quantity of washing powder - leave space in your luggage for all those cheap designer clothes you are likely to purchase !!
1st Master Bedroom Suite
This beautifully furnished bedroom features king sized bed and walk-in wardrobe. Inside the walk in wardrobe is a security safe for your use. The code is your own number or credit card swipe! Additional features include a TV with alarm clock radio. This bedroom has wonderful patio doors to the pool deck.
The ensuite bathroom, features a walk-in shower with 2 seats, vanity unit with hairdryer and WC. There is direct access to the pool deck which guests find very convenient. A cot (crib) is also provided in this room.
2nd Master Bedroom Suite
This beautiful room to front aspect is furnished with a queen sized bed with matching furnishings and provides a large closet. This room also features a TV and alarm clock radio. The en-suite bathroom has a vanity unit with hairdryer, large bath with shower over and WC.
