Our single family home with a private pool, has 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, and sleeps up to 10 people. There is a full-sized washer and dryer. You'll find ceramic tile in the foyer, kitchen and all baths. The resort, prestigious Emerald Island, is a gated community only 1.5 miles from Disney World. The resort also has a clubhouse pool with Tiki Bar and Restaurant, sauna, hot tub, exercise room, lounge, game room, computer room, child's play scape and nature trail. A shuttle to the theme parks and other attractions is available.

Master Bedroom #2: 1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2).Dresser, double closet, and an adjoining full bath. The queen mattress set was purchased 2/2009. Linens and towels are provided.
Bedroom #3: (sleeps 2).Two single beds, dresser and a double closet. Linens and towels are provided.

When you book a Villa your completed booking form is
automatically emailed to the owner who will then contact
you to arrange payment of the deposit or full balance
depending on how soon the rental starts - if they accept
credit/debit cards or PayPal you will be offered this
convenient method of payment in the booking form (please note that there
will
be a surcharge of 4% applied when paying by
this method) - alternatively payment by bank wire
transfer or cheque/bankers draft/counter check may be an
option offered to you which carries no surcharge.
