Ground Floor

Pool

The pool deck with large pool offers pleasant conservation woodland views to the rear and is the perfect place to sunbathe and relax in the Florida sunshine. The pool area is provided with 1 x table, 6 x chairs and 4 x sun-loungers for your enjoyment and comfort. The pool can be heated for an additional daily charge (recommended from October to April) but for those really hot days of summer, you can keep cool as you sip iced drinks in the spa or by the pool. A pool safety fence is also provided to ensure toddler safety by the poolside.

Living Room

As you first enter the luxurious villa, you first see the spacious contemporary styled living room with 2 comfortable sofas with the dining area located to the rear of the room.

Family Room

The spacious family room is comfortably furnished to allow our guests to relax watching TV or a film on the TV with DVD. A selection of DVD's are provided for your enjoyment. A collection of novels are also provide for your enjoyment

Dining Area

The formal dining area is located adjacent to the living room and has a large table with seating for up to 6 diners and is beautifully set out for those special dining occasions.

Kitchen

The large open plan kitchen complete with all mod cons to make your holiday as relaxing as possible. Amenities include full size cooker, waste disposal, fridge/freezer with ice & water dispenser, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, crockery, cutlery and a toaster. All that's needed is the food and drink !! The adjacent breakfast nook set next to patio doors looking out onto the lanai and pool area and provides seating for 4 with additional seating on bar stools for 2 at the breakfast bar. We have even provided an infant high chair for your little one.

Laundry Facilities

The laundry room provides a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board, 2 x irons for your convenience - leave space in your luggage for all those cheap designer clothes you are likely to purchase at the excellent designer outlet malls!

Master Suite 1 - Ground Floor

This wonderful contemporary styled bedroom located off the family room, is furnished with a King sized bed with matching furnishings and provides a large walk-in closet and ample drawer space. This room faces onto the pool deck, and has its own TV with DVD and alarm clock radio. The enclosed en-suite bathroom has his & hers vanity units, large walk-in shower unit and separate WC cubicle. There is also a hairdryer in the vanity unit. Off the ensuite is the large walk-in closet.

Ground Floor Family Bathroom 2

This shared bathroom next to the laundry room, on the ground floor features a single vanity unit, shower cubicle and WC.

Games Room

The converted garage with air-conditioning includes a Pool Table, Basket ball, Foosball, Air Hockey, Darts and a selection of board games. We have also provided a PlayStation 2 and  XBOx 360  with a selection of games for your enjoyment.

First Floor

Bedroom 2

This bedroom features a queen sized bed and built-in wardrobe. Additional features include a TV and alarm clock radio.

Bedroom 3

This bedroom features twin beds and a built-in wardrobe. Additional features include a TV.

Bedroom 4

This bedroom features a double bed and a built-in wardrobe. Additional features include a TV and alarm clock radio.

Family Bathroom 3

This shared bathroom at the top of the stairs and in between bedrooms 3 & 4, features a single vanity unit, bath with shower over and WC.
