This superb 3-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom Townhouse is your holiday home from home. Minutes from Disney World, Emerald Island combines high quality accommodation with all the amenities you would expect in an Executive Resort. Dragons Castle is nestled in this beautiful gated resort, backing onto 11 acres of nature trails. This is a lovely place for a leisurely stroll, jogging or simply taking a picnic.
The Townhouse is located about 100 yds from the clubhouse in phase 1 (manned gatehouse). Only a few minutes walk to a Heated Swimming Pool, Hot Tub, Tikki Bar & much more. Just what's needed after a hectic day at the attractions or that essential shopping! A few drinks at the Tikki Bar on a warm Florida evening, meeting friends, new & old, is a nice way to finish the day. Don't forget that early morning workout in the Fitness Centre, followed by a relaxing Sauna or Swim. All these resources are FREE to our guests. Should you need to keep in touch, there is an Internet Cafe or bring your own laptop & use the Wi-Fi in the clubhouse. To keep the children amused there is a Games Room as well as 2 Children's Play Areas. If you are feeling energetic there are Tennis, Basket Ball & Volley Ball Courts for your pleasure.
Dragons Castle is a well equipped 3 Bed, 2.5 Bath/Shower Townhome.
- Master Bedroom has a queen bed, ensuite bath/shower, TV/DVD & access to the Balcony.
- Bedroom 2 has a full bed, TV/DVD.
- Bedroom 3 has twin beds, TV/DVD.
Bedrooms 2 & 3 share a bathroom/shower. All bedrooms have radio alarm clocks & are fitted with lighted ceiling fans for added comfort. A travel cot is kept in the master bedroom for small infant use. A high chair plus stroller are also available. Extra pillows/linens are provided should you need them. Towels are provided in all bathrooms.
Kitchen & Laundry
The Kitchen is extremely well equipped, making home cooked meals a breeze. For those washday blues a laundry room is fitted with a full size washing machine, dryer, plus an airer & iron/ironing board
Dining Room
The Dining Room has a table & seating for 6 people with 2 high chairs at the breakfast bar. There is also a telephone & answering machine should you need to be contacted. Local calls are free.
Lounge Area
In the Lounge area there is a large 56" TV & a DVD/VCR with a small selection of DVD's for your entertainment. For gamesters, young & old, there is a Playstation & several games. A stereo radio/CD/tape deck is also available in the lounge.
A queen sofa bed provides the extra sleeping accommodation for parties of 8. Patio doors give access to a covered lanai to the rear. The lanai have lighted fans fitted.
A downstairs WC is next to the laundry, where you will find blue pool towels, as well as extra white house towels & linens. Should you fancy picking up a book a small library & games are kept here.
Emerald Island is one of the closest resorts to Disney & all the other attractions are only a short drive away, making it a perfect launching pad for your vacation. Restaurants & fast food outlets are plentiful along 192/Formosa Gardens area. There are also supermarkets to cater for any other need you may have. The "Famed Shopping Malls of Florida" are all very close at hand.
