Ground Floor
Pool & Spa
The luxurious extended pool deck with large pool and spa offers a great conservation woodland view ideal for relaxing. The pool area is provided with 3 x tables, 12 x chairs and 8 x sun-loungers for your enjoyment and comfort. The pool with colour magic lighting system, can be heated for an additional daily charge (recommended from October to April) we also supply a pool blanket October to April so your pool is kept really warm.
Living Room
As you first enter this beautiful villa, you first see the spacious living room with two comfortable sofas, the luxury dining area located to the rear of the room.
Dining Area
The formal dining area is located adjacent to the living room and has a large table with seating for up to 6/8 diners and is beautifully set out for those special dining occasions.
Family Room
The spacious contemporary styled family room is comfortably furnished to allow our guests to relax watching TV or a film on the 52" Surround Sound Plasma TV with DVD.
Kitchen
The large open plan kitchen complete with all mod cons to make your holiday as relaxing as possible. Amenities include full size cooker, waste disposal, fridge/freezer with water dispenser, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, crockery, cutlery and a toaster. The adjacent breakfast nook set next to patio doors looking out onto the under cover lanai and extended pool area and provides seating for 4 with additional seating on bar stools for 2 at the breakfast bar.

Master Bedroom 1 - Ground Floor
This beautifully furnished bedroom features king sized bed and walk-in wardrobe. Additional features include a 37" LCD Cable TV with DVD and alarm clock radio. The ensuite bathroom features a large corner bath, walk-in shower, his & hers sinks, WC and hairdryer. A cot (crib) is also provided in this room.
First Floor
Master Bedroom 2
This colonial styled room is furnished with a King sized bed with matching furnishings and provides a large walk-in closet and ample drawer space. This room also features 37" LCD Cable TV with DVD, and alarm clock radio. The enclosed en-suite bathroom has his & hers vanity units, large bath with shower over, WC and hairdryer, a Crib is also provided in this room
Bedroom 3
This Disney Cars themed bedroom features bunk beds and a single bed (sleeping up to 3 children) with a huge wardrobe. Additional features include a 22" Flat screen Cable TV and a talking Mickey Mouse lamp
Bedroom 4
This Pretty in Pink themed bedroom features 1 twin sized bed and 1 set of bunk beds (sleeping 3 Children) and built-in wardrobe.
Bathroom 3
This CARS themed shared bathroom located between bedrooms 3 & 4 features a vanity unit, bath with shower over, WC and hairdryer.
Bedroom 5
This bedroom features a queen sized bed and built-in wardrobes. Additional features include a 22" Wall mounted Flat screen Cable TV and alarm clock radio.
Bedroom 6
This bedroom features two twin sized beds with a built-in wardrobe. Additional features include a 22" wall mounted flat screen Cable TV
