RECENTLY REFURBISHED LUXURY 7 BEDROOM VILLA

Welcome to our luxurious 7 bedroom 4.5 bathroom villa, in the beautiful sunshine state.

Comfort at it's best, providing all round family accommodation, catering from tiny tots to grandparents. Whether it is Disney World, Golfing, Sight seeing or just relaxation .... it's all here for you !!

Totally refurbishished to a very high standard with over $60,000 of new interior design, electrical items etc.... Totally new inventory, including all new electrical appliances and granite worktops throughout.

Recently fitted solar heating to assist with the pool heating in the cold winter nights.

Also over $7000 spent on re-landscaping the gardens to add more privacy to the home.

Bedroom layout consists of...

2 x King size beds
2 x Queen sized beds and
3 x Twin sized beds of which one twin has a fun Disney theme.

The large south facing 24' x 14' outdoor heated pool with bubbling spa and removable childs safety fence. Step out onto the shaded lanai with loungers and chairs, which leads onto a south facing private pool.

All rooms are fully air conditioned with the bonus of ceiling fans for additional comfort. Both king bedrooms come with wall mounted 32" LCD TV's with built DVD. The remaining 5 bedrooms each have their own wall mounted 19" LCD TV's with built in DVD.

The Family Room has a stunning Samsung 52" LCD with DVD and an extra lead for laptop use.

Free international phone calls to the UK and wireless internet access throughout the villa and poolside - fancy surfing the net & reading & sending emails whilst sipping a nice drink by the poolside ?

We have just installed Solar Heating and granite for our guests convenience.
