Graceland Villa is located in the prestigious Emerald Island Resort, the closest gated community to Disney, being just 2 miles away! This five star Resort offers facilities such as a club house with internet cafe, well equipped fitness room, large community swimming pool and spa, sauna, tikki bar, tennis and volleyball courts, children's play areas and nature walk.
Using our luxury villa as your base, you will be ideally placed to visit Disney, Universal, Epcot, Sea World and all the other theme parks, as well as the numerous other attractions that Florida has to offer. Orlando International Airport is only a 20 minute drive away, and it is also easy to reach both coastal regions.
Graceland Villa is situated on one of the largest corner lots in Emerald Island. As you enter this beautiful five bedroom, four bathroom villa, you will love the spacious feeling and the vaulted ceilings. The villa is air-conditioned throughout for your comfort.
The lounge area with three comfortable sofas is an ideal place to relax after your day at the parks! For your entertainment there is a 50" flat screen television with surround sound and DVD player, and we have installed cable TV throughout the house, including all the bedrooms!
We have a PC and desk at the villa with broadband and wireless access should you with to use your own laptop or PDA. There are also free international calls. All the comforts of home!
There is a fully equipped kitchen containing full size oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and just about every essential item you may need! The separate laundry room houses the washer and dryer, iron, ironing board and hoover.
There are also two dining areas - one informal 'nook' area and one formal area with a beautiful Italian style table and chairs. Leading off the kitchen/nook area are patio doors opening onto the oversized pool deck, with fabulous sparking pool with underwater lighting and spa.
On the pool deck we have provided tables, chairs and sun loungers for your tanning pleasure! There is a gas BBQ should you wish to cook outside. We also have pool toys for the kids enjoyment and a safety fence so children can be kept safe when the pool is not in use. The pool deck is south facing, so sunshine all day and no need to keep moving those sunbeds! We also have a shady area if the Florida sunshine becomes too much!
The master king bedroom on the ground floor is huge! It has a 20" flat screen tv and beautiful furniture, with ceiling fan for a gentle breeze! The luxury en-suite bathroom has double marble sinks, vanity unity, large bath tub and enclosed shower.
The master queen bedroom is on the second floor, with tv and en-suite bathroom with marble sink, vanity unit, bath, shower etc.
One of the twin bedrooms is on the ground floor, with two further twin bedrooms on the second level. Beautiful soft furnishings give these rooms a feeling of peace and tranquility. Two of these bedrooms share the family bathroom on the second floor, and the other has the use of the ground floor shower room. All the bedrooms have televisions with cable TV for your enjoyment.
There is also a games room which has a full sized pool table, air hockey and table football. We also have a Playstation 2 with games, connected to a 28" TV and DVD player to keep the kids occupied.
We haven't forgotten our baby guests either! There is a cot, several strollers, high chair, car booster seats, baby walker, stair gate and guard around the pool!
A clean gas BBQ is delivered to our villa for your vacation if requested for a small fee from the main office.
